Carrot Cake Smoothie Bowl

  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups plain greek yogurt
  • 3 T Almond Breeze Milk
  • 2 T Almond Butter
  • 1/2 cups finely shredded carrots
  • 2 T Sweetened Coconut Flakes
  • 1/4 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 t cinnamon 
  • Topping
  • 1/2 banana sliced
  • coconut flakes
  • roasted almonds
  • shredded carrots
  • golden raisins (this I forgot to do) oops
  • Blend all the ingredients except topping of course at high speed in a blender
  • Pour in bowl and top with toppings
  • This makes two, I halved it for just little old me!
