This week Kim ask us to find our vision, humm I have so many for Be Still. You see I am old so I don't want to limit myself to just one vision. I have so many interests and want to learn as much as I can. Maybe that is wrong maybe not but that is my vision.
One of the things I have always enjoyed is food we all have to eat and I have always enjoyed cooking. It can be a chore at times especially since I have to cook for myself. But with food photography I find it helps me to eat better and to make better choices with my diet which is a good thing. I not only can "Be Still" and become a better photographer hopefully but I also eat better. It is just enjoyable to me and I have been dabbling in this for some time so that has been a pattern I am seeing in my photography.
Spicy Glazed Salmon
1/8 cup apricot sugar free jam
1/2 teaspoon Sriracha chile sauce or more if you want more spice.
salt and pepper
Season salmon with salt and pepper. Grill on medium for 10 min. add sauce last couple of min. of grilling.
Enjoy, oh my this was good and easy.
This is just enough for one, for the sauce if for more increase the jam to 1/3 cup and chili to 1 1/2 teaspoon.
This week, this is a few of my finds in photography about myself with food, but I also love still life with flowers, and so many other types of photography. I also ate really well this week.
